Remuneration in Exchange for PHI. Except as permitted under 45 CFR § 164.502(a)(5)(ii), Boston Scientific agrees that it shall not directly or indirectly receive remuneration in exchange for PHI from or on behalf of the recipient of such PHI.
Remuneration in Exchange for PHI. Business Associate shall not directly or indirectly receive remuneration in exchange for any PHI unless Covered Entity notifies Business Associate that it obtained a valid authorization from the Individual specifying that the Individual's PHI may be exchanged for remuneration by the entity receiving such Individual’s PHI.

Remuneration in Exchange for PHI. CONSULTANT shall not directly or indirectly receive remuneration in exchange for any PHI without a valid authorization permitting such remuneration.
