Remuneration of Auditors. The remuneration of the auditors, if any, shall be set by the directors regardless of whether the auditor is appointed by the shareholders, by the directors or otherwise. For greater certainty, the directors may delegate to the audit committee or other committee the power to set the remuneration of the auditors.
