Common use of Renewal and Reopening Clause in Contracts

Renewal and Reopening. A. This Agreement shall be in effect from June 1, 1964, to and including June 1, 1969, and from year-to-year thereafter, subject to amendment, alteration, or termination by either party upon sixty (60) days' written notice given prior to the termination date of June 1, 1969 B. All the provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on and shall be retro­ active to June 1, 1964, except as otherwise provided.
