Common use of Renewal Criteria Clause in Contracts

Renewal Criteria. In order to extend the Expiration Date, LE must (collectively, the “Renewal Criteria”): A. Have earned and paid, for the four Fiscal Quarters immediately preceding the due date for LE’s renewal notice, total Buying Commission in excess of the total Minimum Commission for those Fiscal Quarters (appropriately pro-rated where the four Fiscal Quarters extend over two Contract Years); and B. Not be in breach of this Agreement.
