Renewal of Contracts. The contract is for one (1) year with an option for renewal for 2 consecutive years. Total term of contract can be up to 3 years if sales are reported through the contract and both parties agree.
Renewal of Contracts. The Trades, Labor and Materials contract is for a period of one (1) year only. No option for renewal will be available.

Renewal of Contracts. Seller shall consult with Buyer fully with -------------------- respect to the renewal of any Contracts that are scheduled to expire between the date hereof and the Termination Date and will not enter into any such renewals without the prior written consent of the Buyer.
