Renewal of Lease Term. The lease of the Equipment hereunder may be renewed as of the Lease Term Expiration Date only if the Lessor, the Lessee, the Agent and the Investor agree upon the period and the conditions for renewal no later than at least six months prior to the Lease Term Expiration Date.
Renewal of Lease Term. Commencing on August 1, 2021 ("First Renewal Commencement Date"), the Lease Term is hereby renewed for a term of one hundred and twenty (120) months ("First Renewal Term"), unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Lease.

To exercise the renewal option with respect to calendar year 2008, Tenant must give Landlord written notice of its intent to do so by no later than June 30, 2007. To exercise the renewal option with respect to calendar year 2009, Tenant must give Landlord written notice of its intent to do so by no later than June 30, 2008.
Renewal of Lease Term. Landlord and Tenant do hereby agree that the Term of the Lease for the Demised Premises and the Additional Premises is renewed following the expiration of the remaining Term for a period of five (5) years, commencing November 1, 2016 and continuing through October 31, 2021 (the “Renewal Term”).

As long as Tenant is not in default under the Lease, Tenant shall have the option to renew this Lease upon the terms and conditions herein stated for one renewal period of two years commencing on January 1, 2006, and expiring on December 31, 2007 (the "Extended Term"), unless further extended or sooner terminated as provided in this Lease. Renewal of Lease Term. Section 46.01. Provided that no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, Tenant shall have the option to renew this Lease for one (1) additional period of ten (10) years under all of the terms, covenants and conditions contained herein (“Right of Renewal”) and the amount of the minimum Fixed Rent increases shall continue to be governed by the terms set forth in Schedule B hereinafter in each successive year of the renewal term of this Lease over the prior year’s minimum base Fixed Rent. This Rental Agreement shall be automatically renewed, without notice from either party, on identical terms, except that the rental amount will be increased by ________ percent (__%), for a like successive term unless either party shall, at least 45 days before the expiration of the Lease, notify the other in writing of the termination of the Rental Agreement. However, Landlord will, at least 15 days but not more than 30 days prior to the time specified for giving the notice as herein set forth, notify Tenant in writing of the above provision for automatic renewal or extension.
