Renewal of License. When a Licensee's real estate license is renewed, Licensee will warrant to Broker that all necessary continuing education courses have been taken in accordance with the requirements of the California DRE. Proof of this may be required by the Commission. Licensee agrees to provide such proof if requested by either the Commission or Broker. Regardless of such proof, Licensee shall be responsible for monitoring the renewal of Licensee's licenses and, between Broker and Licensee, Broker shall bear no responsibility for Licensee's failure to meet these requirements. Should Licensee fail to take and pass the necessary continuing education classes, Licensee understands that Licensee shall no longer be allowed to practice real estate in the State of California and must cease and desist immediately. Licensee shall immediately inform Broker if Licensee becomes aware of a transfer or renewal deficiency. Brokerage Firm is not responsible to provide courses that are approved for continuing education credit.
