Common use of Renewal of the FWC Clause in Contracts

Renewal of the FWC. The FWC is renewed automatically three (3) times for twelve (12) months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least six (6) months before the end of the ongoing duration. Renewal does not change or postpone any existing obligations.
