Renewal of the Hengtong Product Purchase Framework Agreement. As a result of the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Yantai Hengtong by Andre Group, a substantial Shareholder, on 28 December 2015, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx became a connected person of the Company. Due to the long-term business relationship between the Group and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, the Company considers that it is beneficial to enter into the New Hengtong Product Purchase Framework Agreement as the transactions contemplated thereunder will continue to facilitate the operation and growth of the Group’s business.
