Common use of Renewal Policies Clause in Contracts

Renewal Policies. Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Agreement, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof), together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.

Renewal Policies. Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Agreement, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof), together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.

Not less than thirty five (305) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Agreement, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal binder or policy (or a certified copy thereof), together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid, which evidence may follow up to ten (10) days after such payment has been made.

Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Agreementsubsection 4.5(a) above, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof), together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.

Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance AgreementSection 4.5(a) above, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof)) or evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the existing policy has been extended, together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.

Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Loan Agreement, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either a copy of an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof)by Mortgagor as complete and accurate, together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.
