RENEWING THE CARD. 1. The Cardmember authorizes AEME to periodically renew the Card before its expiration. 2. Unless this Agreement is terminated, AEME may issue Replacement Cards for lost or stolen Cards. Such Replacement Cards will be governed by the provisions of this Cardmember Agreement as might be amended from time to time. 3. The renewal or non renewal of the Card is at the sole discretion of AEME.
