Common use of Renovation and Repair Clause in Contracts

Renovation and Repair. The Landlord reserves the right to reassign Tenant to another Premises and/or Apartment Unit in the event there is a need to provide for renovation or repair of the Premises, Apartment Unit or the building if another space is available. If Landlord initiated renovations or repairs become necessary, every effort will be made to minimize the inconvenience to the Tenant and, whenever possible, advance notice will be given to the Tenant as to the nature and time of the work which will be done. Tenant shall not withhold rent payment due to renovations or repairs.
