In addition if two (2) payments for Rent are returned to us or declined due to insufficient funds, we will require that all money payable to us be paid in either certified or cashier’s check or money order. Personal check and/or ACH payments will not be accepted. a. Regardless of whether it is a holiday or weekend, Rent is due on the first (1st) day of each month. Rent is late if Xxxx is received by Manager on or after the fourth (4th) day of the month, and Manager will charge you (and you agree to pay) a late fee of 10% of the rental installment.
