Common use of Rent Refunds Clause in Contracts

Rent Refunds. Within five (5) days of the last day of each calendar month, commencing with the calendar month ending October 31, 2016, written notice of any Rent Refunds made by Borrower; provided that the notice given for the calendar month ending October 31, 2016 shall include Rent Refunds made by Borrower during the period from and including the Closing Date through and including October 31, 2016.
