Common use of Rent Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Rent Restrictions. On each and every occasion during the Term that Rent Restrictions shall be in force, then and in each and every case: (a) the operation of the provisions herein for review of the rent shall be postponed to take effect on the first date or dates thereafter upon which such operation may occur and; (b) the collection of any increase or increases in the rent shall be postponed to take effect on the first date or dates thereafter that such increase or increases may be collected and/or retained in whole or in part and on as many occasions as shall be required to ensure the collection of the whole increase;
