Common use of Rental Activity Clause in Contracts

Rental Activity. We will pay all sums which you become legally liable to pay as compensatory damages because of unintentional bodily injury or property damage, as well as resultant loss of use, arising out of: (a) The rental of all or part of your dwelling for not more than 30 days per year, whether consecutive or not. (b) The rental of not more than three parking spaces in garages located on the premises. (c) The rental of a dwelling building, if the building is described on the “Coverage Summary Page” and we have been notified of the rental. (d) The rental of rooms in your dwelling building, if mentioned on the “Coverage Summary Page”.
