Common use of RENTAL AMOUNT Clause in Contracts

RENTAL AMOUNT. If Tenant holds over without Landlord’s written consent after expiration or other termination of this Lease Agreement, or if Tenant continues to occupy the Leased Premises after termination of Tenant’s right of possession, Tenant shall throughout the entire holdover period pay rent equal to one and one-half the Rent that would have been applicable had the term of this Lease Agreement continued through the period of such holding over by Tenant.
