Rental Counter. Successful proposer will operate from Counters #3-6 which can be seen in Appendix VII. The size of the Counters is approximately 10’ x 20’ (200 square feet). The Rental Counters shall be leased to successful bidder(s) pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below and in those set forth in the Concession Agreement to be executed by successful bidder(s).
