The Rental Sample Clauses

The Rental. The Rental confers upon the Xxxxxx the right to occupy for a holiday as mentioned in the Housing Xxx 0000 Schedule 1 Paragraph 9 and the Xxxxxx acknowledge that the rental granted by this Agreement is not an assured tenancy and that no statutory periodic tenancy will arise.
The Rental. 5.1 The commencement rental shall be as per the attached Schedule 3 of the agreement. 5.2 The lease commences with the commencement rental. Thereafter the rental shall escalate with the compounded escalation rate on each adjustment dates. 5.3 The rental shall be payable from the occupation date monthly in advance on or before the seventh day of each month into the Lessor’s bank account. 5.4 The parties agree that all the rental payable in terms of this agreement shall include value-added tax where such tax is payable. The Lessor shall specify such tax for record and tax purposes separately from the basic rental. 5.5 The Lessor shall be liable to pay all the rates, taxes and levies in respect of the premises to the concerned authority as well as any and all increases therein. 5.6 The Lessor shall invoice the Lessee for the monthly rental 5 (five) business days before the last date of each month in a form which meets the cidb requirements and standards. 5.7 The Monthly invoice shall provide the particulars of :_ i. the rental payable in respect of each month; ii. the total deduction made (if any) in respect of repairs undertaken by the Lessee in terms of this Lease; iii. the total penalty deduction made (if any) in terms of this Lease ; and iv. the Net Rental payable after the deductions stipulated in Clause 5.7 (ii) and

The Rental. Charge is calculated 7 days a week (unless agreed differently) and paid on the basis of invoices that are sent twice a month. 4.1.1.1. The Company has the right to increase the rental charge by notifying thereof 30 days in advance.
The Rental. The Rental confers upon the Xxxxxx the right to occupy for a holiday as mentioned in the Housing Xxx 0000 Schedule 1 Paragraph 9 and any equivalent or similar provision under the laws of Scotland and the Xxxxxx acknowledges that the rental granted by this Agreement is not an assured tenancy and that no statutory periodic tenancy or protected tenancy or equivalent or similar tenancies under the laws of Scotland will arise. The rental is on a self-catering basis so the Xxxxxx must supply all consumables, apart from logs for the fire. Bed linen and towels will be provided by the owner at a cost of £9 per person-bed change and bath mats at £12 for all of the six bathrooms but no cot linen or cot bedding will be supplied; just the cot and mattress if you have requested it. Electricity will be metered and charged at the supplier’s price per unit. The charges for electricity and sporting clays and cartridges if used will be deducted from the security deposit.
The Rental. 8.1 The monthly rental during the Lease Period shall be the equivalent shekel sum to $21,375 (twenty-one thousand three hundred and seventy five dollars), according to the last representative data published prior to the date of any payment (hereinafter: “the rental”). For clarification purposes only, it must be clarified that the rental is based on the following calculation: 8.1.1 The shekel sum equivalent to $11.75 (eleven dollars and seventy-five cents ) for each square meter of the Premises’ area, as defined above, per month and A total shekel sum equivalent to $19,975 (nineteen thousand nine hundred and seventy five dollars) per month. 8.1.2 The shekel sum equivalent to $40 (forty dollars) for each parking bay per month, a total shekel sum equivalent to $1400 (one thousand four hundred dollars) per month. 8.2 As of the beginning of the third lease year, the monthly rental for the parking, as aforementioned in Subsection 8.1.2 will be in the shekel sum equivalent to $60 (sixty dollars) for each parking bay and the rental will be adjusted accordingly. 8.3 As of the beginning of the third lease year, the monthly rental for each square meter of the area of the Premises as provided in Subsection 8.1.1, will be the shekel equivalent to $12.10 (twelve dollars and ten cents) and the rental will be adjusted accordingly. 8.4 As of the beginning of the sixth lease year, 3% of the rental will be added to the rental according to the rates of the last month of the previous lease year. 8.5 As of the beginning of the eighth lease year, 3% of the rental will be added to the rental according to the rates in the last months of the previous lease year. 8.6 The rentals must be paid by the Tenant to the Lessor every 3 (three) months in advance. 8.7 When signing this Agreement, the Tenant must pay the Lessor the rental for first 6 (six) lease months and 3 (three) last lease months. 8.8 All the sums specified in this Agreement do not include VAT. The Tenant must pay VAT on any payment owing from the Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. This is the law regarding payments that the Lessor must pay to the Tenant pursuant to the provisions in this Agreement 8.9 The Tenant undertakes to pay the rentals for the entire Lease Period and/or additional lease periods which come into force should they come into force, according to the matter, whether it uses the Premises in practice or not.
The RentalThe Tenant yielding and paying therefore during the said term the rent of Malaysia ringgit sixteen thousand only (RM 16,000) per month from 15th December 2003 to 14th December 2005. To be paid, without any deduction and in advance and without demand on the first day of each calendar month of the year, the first of such payments to be made on the 15th day of December 2003.
The Rental a. The Subtenant shall pay from and after the "Rent Commencement Date" (as hereinafter defined) to the Sublandlord Base Rent, at the annual rate of: (i) $819,399.96 per annum during the period from the Commencement Date through December 31, 2001, payable in equal monthly installments of $68,283.33 each (plus annual operating cost increases as provided for in subparagraph 6(i) of this Sublease) based upon an annual rate of $24.10 per square foot on the area of the Sublet Premises; and (ii) $853,400.00 per annum during the balance of the Sublease Term, commencing January 1, 2002, in equal monthly installments of $71,117.00 each (plus annual operating cost increases as provided for in subparagraph 6(i) of this Sublease) based upon an annual rate of $25.10 per square foot on the area of the Sublet Premises. If the Commencement Date is a day other than the first day of a calendar month, then the Subtenant shall pay upon the Commencement Date a portion of the Base Rent pro rated on a per diem basis from the Commencement Date to the end of the month in which the Commencement Date occurs. Provided that the Subtenant is not in default beyond any applicable period of grace after notice, the Rent Commencement Date shall be defined as the first day following the third month anniversary of the Commencement Date. b. All other sums due and owing to Sublandlord as Additional Rent pursuant to this Sublease, including the provisions of the Master Lease that are herein incorporated by reference pursuant to paragraph 10 (the "Master Lease Provisions") shall be payable to Sublandlord as Additional Rent hereunder. c. All payments for the Rental shall be made in the manner and amount provided for in this Sublease and the Master Lease directly to the Sublandlord. d. All sums which Sublandlord is required to pay to Master Landlord or others as a consequence of any breach or default by Subtenant under the covenants, provisions, terms and conditions of the Master Lease Provisions on the part of the Subtenant to be performed or observed pursuant to the requirements of this Sublease.
The Rental. 4.1 The deposit The deposit under this Contract shall be RMB 150,000 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND RENMINBI YUAN ONLY).
The RentalThe Renter is renting the Boat, listed by the Owner, through the use of OBC’s services for short-term personal use detailed in Part B to this Agreement.
