The Rental. The Rental confers upon the Xxxxxx the right to occupy for a holiday as mentioned in the Housing Xxx 0000 Schedule 1 Paragraph 9 and the Xxxxxx acknowledge that the rental granted by this Agreement is not an assured tenancy and that no statutory periodic tenancy will arise.
The Rental. 5.1 The commencement rental shall be as per the attached Schedule 3 of the agreement.
5.2 The lease commences with the commencement rental. Thereafter the rental shall escalate with the compounded escalation rate on each adjustment dates.
5.3 The rental shall be payable from the occupation date monthly in advance on or before the seventh day of each month into the Lessor’s bank account.
5.4 The parties agree that all the rental payable in terms of this agreement shall include value-added tax where such tax is payable. The Lessor shall specify such tax for record and tax purposes separately from the basic rental.
5.5 The Lessor shall be liable to pay all the rates, taxes and levies in respect of the premises to the concerned authority as well as any and all increases therein.
5.6 The Lessor shall invoice the Lessee for the monthly rental 5 (five) business days before the last date of each month in a form which meets the cidb requirements and standards.
5.7 The Monthly invoice shall provide the particulars of :_
i. the rental payable in respect of each month;
ii. the total deduction made (if any) in respect of repairs undertaken by the Lessee in terms of this Lease;
iii. the total penalty deduction made (if any) in terms of this Lease ; and
iv. the Net Rental payable after the deductions stipulated in Clause 5.7 (ii) and
The Rental. 5.1 During the initial rental period, with effect from the commencement date, the monthly rental payable by the lessee to the lesser shall be R ( in words )Vat included
5.2 Thereafter the rental shall escalate each year, one each anniversary date of the lease, in accordance with the escalation rate of % (seven percent), per annum
5.3 The rental shall be paid by the lessee to the lesser, upon submission of an invoice every month, according to the following schedule : R per month for the period to ; R per month for the period to ; R per month for the period to ;
5.4 All payments made by the lessee to the lesser in terms of this agreement, shall be effected by electronic payment directly into the lesser nominated bank account.
5.5 The parties agree that all rental payable in terms of this agreement shall include value- added tax where such tax is payable. The lesser shall specify such as tax for record and tax purposes separately from basic rental.
5.6 The lessee undertakes to pay all VAT, at the standard rate applicable from time to time, leviable on any amounts payable by the lessee in terms of this agreement.
5.7 The lessor shall be liable to pay all rates, taxes, and other regulatory amounts and the levies in respect of the premises to the relevant authority as well as any expenses and increases
The Rental. Charge is calculated 7 days a week (unless agreed differently) and paid on the basis of invoices that are sent twice a month.
4.1.1.1. The Company has the right to increase the rental charge by notifying thereof 30 days in advance.
The Rental. The Rental confers upon the Xxxxxx the right to occupy for a holiday as mentioned in the Housing Act 1988 Schedule 1 Paragraph 9 and any equivalent or similar provision under the laws of Scotland and the Xxxxxx acknowledges that the rental granted by this Agreement is not an assured tenancy and that no statutory periodic tenancy or protected tenancy or equivalent or similar tenancies under the laws of Scotland will arise. The rental is on a self-catering basis so the Xxxxxx must supply all consumables, apart from logs for the fire. Bed linen and towels will be provided by the owner at a cost of £8 per person-bed change and bath mats at £12 for all of the six bathrooms but no cot linen or cot bedding will be supplied; just the cot and mattress if you have requested it. Electricity will be metered and charged at the suppliers price per unit. The charges for electricity and sporting clays and cartridges if used will be deducted from the security deposit.
The Rental. 3.1. The Guest agrees to pay the Property Owner the Rental for the Premises.
3.2. The Rental shall be paid to the Property Owner by Bank Transfer/Cheque, 28 days prior to the start date.
The Rental. The Owner agrees to list for rent, through OBC and the services it provides, the Owner’s Boat. Boat Rentals will be for the short-term personal use of the Boat by renters, in exchange for a pre- set rental fee, which will be paid by the renter directly to the OBC. All boat rentals approved by the OBC to renters, will be to OBC’s sole discretion.
The Rental. 4.1 The deposit The deposit under this Contract shall be RMB 150,000 (ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND RENMINBI YUAN ONLY).
The Rental. The Rental for the first year (1st July 2010 till 30th June 2011) shall be RMB 1,200,000 (ONE MILLION AND TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND RENMINBI YUAN ONLY); The Rental for the second year (1st July 2011 till 30th June 2012) shall be RMB 1,200,000 (ONE MILLION AND TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND RENMINBI YUAN ONLY); the rental for the year starting from 1st July 2012 till 30th June 2013 shall be RMB 1,260,000 (ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY THOUSAND RENMINBI YUAN ONLY); the rental for the year starting from 1st July 2013 till 30th June 2014 shall be RMB 1,386,000 (ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND RENMINBI YUAN ONLY); the rental for the year starting from 1st July 2014 till 30th June 2015 shall be RMB 1,524,600 (ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED RENMINBI YUAN ONLY). The total Contract amount shall be RMB 6,570,600 (SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED RENMINBI YUAN ONLY).
The Rental. Costumes/props may be picked up the business day prior to the event date. They are due back to the business day immediately following the event. If for any reason this day falls on a day that Backstage Closet is closed, items will be due back the next open business day. At pickup, the costume (including props/accessories, herein referenced as “Costume”) will be cleaned, in good repair, on hangers and in proper packaging to insure safe transport. Please return the items in the same manner. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLEAN OR LAUNDER THE COSTUME YOURSELF. At the time of pickup the costume will have a hangtag attached with the Renter’s name, dates of rental term, itemization/description of each item along with any existing flaws or damage noted. The Backstage consultant will check off and review each item with the Renter to confirm everything leaves our facility in good, usable condition. Both parties will then initial the reverse side of this tag indicating agreement of items taken and their condition. This tag will be kept on file along with this Rental Agreement and will be used again to check the items back in at return. This check-in procedure is only to verify that all items are returned. A final invoice for damage, loss or extensive cleaning will be sent after the costumes are processed back into stock.
