Common use of RENTAL EXTENSIONS Clause in Contracts

RENTAL EXTENSIONS. Should You wish to extend the rental period whilst on hire, you must first obtain authorisation from Apollo. This is subject to availability of the Vehicle. The extra cost of an extended rental must be paid by credit card over the telephone or at an Apollo Branch immediately on confirmation of the rental extension. The additional days will be at the daily standard gross rental charge for the Vehicle applicable at the time of the extension.
