RENTAL FOR OPTIONAL H2S EQUIPMENT. Rental for H2S Safety Equipment as Per Exhibit-D (Annexure – I – Appendix – 14 ) shall be per day including its mobilization and de-mobilization charges. The option to take these equipment shall be with the Operator and rental of above equipment shall be payable only during its period of use. In case of utilization of these equipments, Operator shall give the Contractor a notice period of 30 days.
