Day Rate. A deduction of 1/200 of the annual salary will be made for each duty day a teacher is absent which is not covered by any leave or other excused absence, or otherwise covered by the terms of this Agreement.
Day Rate. Day Rate. Effective until June 9, 2022, the substitute teachers’ half (1/2) daily rate of pay will be $97.67 plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of $5.86 for a total of $103.53.
Day Rate. Compensation for employees who work extra days and deductions for days not worked by an employee and for which paid leave is not available shall be at the rate of 1/185 of the employee’s annual salary.

"Business Day" is a day on which banks are not authorized or required to be closed and foreign exchange markets are open for the transaction of business required for this Agreement in Atlanta, Georgia and London, England, as relevant to the determination to be made or the action to be taken.

Statement of Work (SoW): a detailed plan, agreed in accordance with clause 3, describing the services to be provided by the Supplier, the timetable Sprint: a set period of time during which specific tasks will be completed and made ready for review and acceptance. The Supplier’s standard Sprint will be 10 business days. This period may be varied to meet the needs of the Works. UK Data Protection Legislation: all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ((EU) 2016/679); the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended. VAT: value added tax chargeable at the appropriate rate. Works: the Services and deliverables which are provided by the Supplier under a Statement of Work.
1.2 Clause, Schedule and paragraph headings shall not affect the interpretation of this agreement.
