Common use of Rental Party Clause in Contracts

Rental Party. The Guest signing the lease must be a minimum of 30 years of age and supply a copy of their current valid driver's license, state issued ID, or passport along with the reservation and 1st payment. All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Only persons listed on this Agreement may stay in the Property. “Rental Party” means the “Guest” signing this lease plus the following “Overnight Guests” and “Daily Visitors”.
