Rental Rules. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

Rental Rules. Tenant agrees to abide by the Rental Rules always attached as EXHIBIT A while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Tenant permits on the property to always abide by the following rules while at the property.
Rental Rules. For rentals of the Community Center Building from 8:00 AM to Midnight. Xxxxxx agrees to be bound by the following rules with respect to its rental of the Community Center Building: ⮚ No smoking in the Community Center, or open or closed flames in any type of illuminating device. ⮚ No animals or pets in allowed in Community Center. ⮚ No parking on any grass areas. ⮚ No alcoholic beverages allowed unless Event Insurance covering alcohol is purchased. ⮚ All furniture, all artwork and all accessories are not to be moved from their original positions. ⮚ Fastening of decorations, etc. to the walls, ceiling and/or floors is strictly prohibited. ⮚ No use of open liquids other than for human internal consumption.
Rental Rules. The Guest agrees to abide by the following rental rules at all times during the Guest's stay at the Property: No parties. Non smoking The Guest shall also ensure that any person Guest permits on the Property will also abide by the rental rules.

Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Addendum A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. Should Guest violate these rules, Owner reserves the right to cancel this rental immediately with no refund due to Guest.

Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A and the Homeowner’s Association Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party to abide by the rules at all times while occupying the property. The home was designed for peaceful family use only. If a house party develops, the police will be summoned and all occupants will be forced to leave immediately without refund. Association “Quiet Time” begins at 10 pm nightly. Kindly limit outdoor noise and activities after that time.
