Rental Tax. Tenant shall pay as additional Rent all licenses, charges, and other fees of every kind and nature as and when they become due arising out of or in connection with Tenant's use and occupancy of the Leased Premises and the Project (including the parking garages), including but not limited to license fees, business license taxes, and privilege, sales, excise, or other taxes (other than income) imposed upon Rent or upon services provided by Landlord or upon Landlord in an amount measured by Rent received by Landlord.
Rental Tax. Tenant shall pay as Rent all licenses, charges, and other fees of every kind and nature as and when they become due arising out of or in connection with Tenant's use and occupancy of the Leased Premises and the Building (including the Garage), including but not limited to license fees, business license taxes, and privilege, sales, excise, or other taxes (other than income taxes, franchise taxes and other similar taxes) imposed upon Rent or upon services provided by Landlord or upon Landlord in an amount measured by Rent received by Landlord.
Rental Tax. In addition to the Rent which Tenant is required to pay Landlord herein, Tenant shall pay Landlord all transaction privilege, sales, rental and/or other taxes or licenses (but excluding income or estate taxes charged against Landlord) levied upon or assessed against Landlord by any governmental authority having jurisdiction, which are measured by the Rent or other charges in any form paid by Tenant to Landlord hereunder. The amount required to be paid by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to the immediately preceding sentence shall be paid at the time the applicable Rent is due or other charges are due and shall be considered as payment of taxes or licenses, as the case may be, and not for the payment of Rent.
Rental Tax. Tenant shall pay to Landlord as additional rent, all excise, privilege and other taxes, other than net income and estate taxes levied or assessed by any federal, state or local authority upon rent received by Landlord hereunder, and Tenant shall bear any business tax imposed upon Landlord by any governmental authority which is based or measured in whole or in part by amounts charged or received by Landlord from Tenant under this lease.

Rental Tax. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, as additional rent along with Base Rent, an amount equal to and in reimbursement of all rental tax payable by Lessor to the taxing authorities based upon all Rent payable by Lessee under the Lease.
Rental Tax. Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord at the same time as the due date for the Base Rent: (i) any tax allocable to or measured by the area of the premises or the rental payable hereunder, including without limitations, any gross income privilege, sales or excise tax levied by the state, any political subdivision thereof, city municipal or federal government, with respect to the payment by Tenant or the receipt by Landlord of such rental, or upon or with respect to the possession, leasing, operating, management, maintenance, alteration, repair, use or occupancy by Tenant of the Premises or any portion thereof; and (ii) any tax upon this transaction or any document to which Tenant is a party, creating or transferring an interest or an estate in the Premises.
