Common use of RENTER’S LIABILITY Clause in Contracts

RENTER’S LIABILITY. Renter agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the Rental by renter or renters guests, including, but not limited to, damage to the Rental in any way or damage to any appliances and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, renter agrees to reimburse Advanced RV Rental for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.

RENTER’S LIABILITY. Renter agrees to accept liability and financial responsibility for any and all damages caused to the Rental property whether accidental or incidental (other than normal wear and tear) by renter Renter or renters Renters guests, including, but not limited to, damage to the Rental in any way or damage to any appliances misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnishedand furnishings. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, renter agrees to reimburse Advanced RV Rental for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged itemsRenter will be charged the excess amount per paragraph two (2) above.

RENTER’S LIABILITY. Renter agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the Rental property (other than normal wear and tear) by renter Renter or renters Renters guests, including, but not limited to, damage to the Rental in any way or damage to any appliances landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, renter Renter agrees to reimburse Advanced RV Rental OUR VACATION RENTALS for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.

RENTER’S LIABILITY. Renter renter agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the Rental property (other than normal wear and tear) by renter or renters guests, including, but not limited to, damage to the Rental in any way or damage to any appliances landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, renter agrees to reimburse Advanced RV Rental Xxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.items either by deduction from security deposit
