Common use of Repair Facilities Clause in Contracts

Repair Facilities. Repair facilities that will perform the warranty work of items under this Contract shall be identified as listed on the Supplier’s dealer network. As the manufacturer, the Supplier is responsible for ensuring that the facilities are able to adhere to the contract requirements for warranty work performance.
