Common use of REPAIR OF AUTHORIZED AREA Clause in Contracts

REPAIR OF AUTHORIZED AREA. The Licensee agrees that if the Authorized Area, Lobbies, Hallways, Restrooms or other Public Space, or any other part of the Facilities, shall be damaged by the act, default or negligence of the Licensee, or of the Licensee's agents, employees, patrons, guests or invitees, the Licensee will pay to the Licensor upon demand such sum as shall be necessary to restore said areas to their condition immediately prior to the commencement of the License Period. The Licensee hereby assumes full responsibility for the character, acts and conduct of all persons acting for or on behalf of said Licensee.
