Common use of Repair of Electrical Installations Clause in Contracts

Repair of Electrical Installations. To repair or replace, if so required by the appropriate supply company, statutory undertaker or authority as the case may be under the terms of any Electricity Supply or similar Ordinance for the time being in force or any Orders in Council or Regulations made thereunder, all electrical wiring installations and fittings within the said premises from the Tenant's meter(s) to and within the same.

Repair of Electrical Installations. To repair or replace, at the expense of the Tenant, if so required by the appropriate supply companycompany or authority under the terms of the Electricity Ordinance (Cap.406) or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof or regulations made thereunder by duly authorised contractor, statutory undertaker or authority as the case may be under all the terms of any Electricity Supply or similar Ordinance for the time being in force or any Orders in Council or Regulations made thereunder, all electrical electricity wiring installations and fittings within the said premises Premises and the wiring from the Tenant's meter(s) ’s meter or meters to and within the same.

To repair or replace, replace if so required by the appropriate supply company, companies or authorities under any ordinance or any statutory undertaker modification or authority re-enactment thereof or any Order in Council or regulation or by-law made thereunder by duly authorised contractors statutory undertakers or authorities as the case may be under all the terms of any Electricity Supply or similar Ordinance for the time being in force or any Orders in Council or Regulations made thereunder, all electrical electricity wiring installations and fittings within the said premises Premises and the wiring from the Tenant's meter(s) Tenants meter or meters to and within the same.
