REPAIR OF WORK. If, within any guarantee period, repairs or changes are required in connection with the guaranteed work, which in the opinion of the Project Manager is necessary due to materials, equipment or workmanship which are inferior, defective or not in accordance with the terms of the Contract, the Contractor shall within five (5) working days and without expense to the Department commence to: 7.35.2.1 Place in satisfactory condition in every instance all such guaranteed work and correct all defects therein; and 7.35.2.2 Make good and repair or replace to new or pre-existing condition all damages to the building, facility, work or equipment or contents thereof, resulting from such defective materials, equipment or installation thereof.
