REPAIR/REFURBISHMENT SERVICES BY BUYER. Buyer shall have the right to perform repair and refurbishment of the Product. Seller shall, not later than thirty (30) days after Buyer's written request, provide Buyer with a reproducible copy of all normal Product documentation and manuals necessary for Buyer to repair/refurbish and test the Products, and shall throughout the term of this Agreement furnish reproducible copies of any changes to such information. In the event that repair/refurbishment of the Products require use of special material, tools, fixtures, jigs, apparatus or parts of Seller's design, Buyer shall have the right to purchase such items from Seller or its suppliers. This information shall be treated as proprietary.
