Repair Time. In the event it is necessary to shut down Contractor’s rig for repairs, excluding routine rig servicing, Contractor shall be allowed compensation at the applicable rate for such shut down time up to a maximum of 4 hours for any one rig repair job, but not to exceed 24 hours of such compensation for any calendar month.
