Repaired/Replacement Leased Equipment. We may use new or reconditioned parts to repair the Leased Equipment, or replace the Leased Equipment with new, repaired, or reconditioned Leased Equipment, all at Brightspeed’s sole discretion. All replaced products or parts remain the property of Brightspeed and will not be returned.
