Repairs and Restoration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, except as provided in the Indenture, Grantor shall have no obligation to restore the Security Property or, if Grantor elects to restore the Security Property, to expend any sum in excess of the Net Loss Proceeds made available to Grantor for such purpose pursuant to the Indenture.
