Common use of Repatriation of Mortal Remains Clause in Contracts

Repatriation of Mortal Remains. In the event of death of the BENEFICIARY, the COMPANY will arrange and pay for the repatriation of the mortal remains to the original place of residence. Upon request of a representative of the BENEFICIARY, The COMPANY will arrange and pay for the burial or similar services at the place of decease up to an amount not to exceed the cost of repatriation as above described.
