Repayment in Bankruptcy, etc. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, if, at any time or times subsequent to the payment of all or any part of the Secured Obligations, the Collateral Agent shall be required to repay any amounts previously paid by or on behalf of the Subsidiary or the Pledgor in reduction thereof by virtue of an order of any court having jurisdiction thereof, including, without limitation, as a result of an adjudication that such amounts constituted preferential payments or fraudulent conveyances, the Pledgor unconditionally agrees to make payment to the Collateral Agent within 10 days after demand of the amount of such repayment, together with interest on such amount from the date of such repayment by the Collateral Agent to the date of payment to the Collateral Agent at the default interest rate set forth in the Indenture.
