Common use of REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT Clause in Contracts

REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT. (2) Subject as aforesaid the said deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within fifteen (15) days after the expiration of this Agreement and the delivery of vacant possession to the Landlord or within fifteen (15) days of the settlement of the last outstanding claim by the Landlord against the Tenant in respect of any breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the terms or conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to be observed and performed whichever is the later.

REPAYMENT OF DEPOSIT. (2) Subject as aforesaid the said deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within fifteen (15) thirty days after the expiration of this Agreement and the delivery of vacant possession to the Landlord or within fifteen (15) thirty days of the settlement of the last outstanding claim c1aim by the Landlord against the Tenant in respect of any breach non-non- observance or non-performance of any of the terms agreements stipulations or conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to be observed and performed whichever is the later.

(2) 9.3 Subject as aforesaid the said deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant by the Landlord without interest within fifteen (15) thirty days after the expiration or sooner determination of this Agreement and the delivery of vacant possession to the Landlord or within fifteen (15) days of the and after settlement of the last outstanding claim by the Landlord against the Tenant in respect for any arrears of rent rates and other charges including reinstatement expenses and for any breach non-observance or non-performance of any of the agreements stipulations terms or and conditions herein contained and on the part of the Tenant to be observed and or performed whichever is shall be the later.
