Repayment of Funds Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all amounts then held by any Paying Agent other than the Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Trustee to be held and applied pursuant to Section 7.3 hereof and in accordance with the Priority of Payments and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such amounts.
Repayment of Funds Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of the Indenture, all funds then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of the Indenture shall, upon demand of the Trust, be repaid to the Trust or paid to the Indenture Trustee and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such funds.
Repayment of Funds Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of Notes of a series as set forth in Section 4.01 above, all funds or Government Obligations then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture that relate to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Company, be repaid to the Company or paid to the Indenture Trustee and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such funds.
Repayment of Funds Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to Notes of any series all funds then held by any Paying Agent under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such series of Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be repaid to the Issuer or paid to the Indenture Trustee and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such funds.
