Repayment of Outstanding Principal Balance. The entire Outstanding Principal Balance of the Loan, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, the Exit Fee and all other amounts payable hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall, to the extent not sooner paid pursuant to the terms of the Note and the other Loan Documents, be due and payable in full on the Maturity Date.
