REPAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OF ADVANCES. (a) The Company shall pay to the Creditor the principal of the Advances made by the Creditor outstanding at the close of business on the Commitment Termination Date in eight (8) consecutive semi-annual installments on the Payment Dates (provided that the last such payment shall be in an amount sufficient to repay in full the principal amount of such Advances), with the amount of the installment paid on each Payment Date to be equal to the respective percentages of the principal of such Advances outstanding at the close of business on the Commitment Termination Date as set forth below: Percentage of Original Principal of Payment Date Advance Payable on such Payment Date ------------ ------------------------------------ June 30, 2000 10% December 31, 2000 10% June 30, 2001 10% December 31, 2001 10% June 30, 2002 15% December 31, 2002 15% June 30, 2003 15% December 31, 2003 15%

REPAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OF ADVANCES. (a) The Borrowers shall pay to the Administrative Agent the principal of each Tranche A Advance made by the Lenders in consecutive semi-annual installments on each Payment Date commencing with the first Payment Date occurring at least one year after the date on which such Tranche A Advance was made. The amount of principal required to be paid on each such Payment Date shall equal the sum of the products of (for each Tranche A Advance) (i) the initial amount of each Tranche A Advance (prior to any repayments) times (ii) the quotient for the respective Tranche A Advance of (A) one (i) divided by (B) the number of Payment Dates in the period commencing with (and including) the first Payment Date occurring a least one year after the date on which such Tranche A Advance was made and ending on (and including) the Maturity Date; provided that the last such payment shall be in an amount sufficient to repay in full the principal amount of such Advances.
REPAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OF ADVANCES. (a) The Borrower shall pay to the Creditor the Principal Amount representing all of the Advances made by the Creditor in eight (8) semi-annual installments of $12,899,141.91 on each Payment Date commencing with the Payment Date on June 30, 2006.
REPAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL OF ADVANCES. The Borrower shall repay the unpaid principal amount of all Advances on the Termination Date.

  • Prepayment of Principal Mandatory prepayments of principal, if any, of each Series of Notes shall be determined, allocated and distributed in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Series Supplement, if not otherwise described herein.

  • Repayment of Principal Except as otherwise provided herein, the Company will repay the outstanding principal amount of this Note within fourteen (14) Business Days of the Offering Funding Date (the “Maturity Date”).
