• Each Tranche B Advance hereunder shall consist of Tranche B Loans made by the Tranche B Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Pro Rata Shares.

More Definitions of Tranche B Advance

Tranche B Advance means each Advance allocated to Tranche B pursuant to, and in accordance with, this Agreement.

Tranche B Advance means a borrowing hereunder (a) made available by the Tranche B Lenders on the same Borrowing Date or (b) converted or continued by the Tranche B Lenders on the same date of conversion or continuation, consisting, in either case, of the aggregate amount of the several Tranche B Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, in the same Agreed Currency and for the same Interest Period.

Tranche B Advance means an Advance made by a Bank under Tranche B.

Tranche B Advance or “Tranche B Advances” is defined in Section 2.1.2(a).

Tranche B Advance means any Tranche B Loans made pursuant to this Agreement on a single date.

Tranche B Advance means an Advance comprised of Tranche B Revolving Loans.

Tranche B Advance and “Tranche B Advances” shall have the meanings assigned to those terms in Section 3(b).
