Common use of Repayment on Maturity Date and Extension Clause in Contracts

Repayment on Maturity Date and Extension. (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and to this Section, the Borrower shall repay in full all outstanding Accommodations to each Lender on the Maturity Date of such Lender, together with all interest, fees and other amounts payable hereunder on the Maturity Date of such Lender, in each case, to the Agent for the account of the applicable Lender(s), and the Commitment of such Lender shall be permanently cancelled and the aggregate Committed Amount shall be permanently cancelled by a corresponding amount.
