Basis of Calculation of Fees. The fees payable under Sections 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 with respect to any period shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such period divided by three hundred and sixty-five (365) days or three hundred and sixty-six (366) days, as the case may be.
