Repayment to the City. The Proponent shall repay the Reaching Home Grant, in full to the City if this Agreement is terminated prior to the expiry of the Term other than for the reasons set out in Article 7. The Proponent shall repay the Reaching Home Grant, in full to the City if the Project is not completed within the Funding Period.

Repayment to the City. After payment in full of all Rent Payments through the maximum Lease Term or the earlier purchase of the Trustee’s interest in the Project pursuant to Section 10.01 of the Lease, all amounts remaining in the Lease Revenue Fund will be paid to the City.
Repayment to the City. The Developer expressly agrees to repay to the City any funds paid on behalf on the Developer or its subcontractors that are expended in violation of the terms of this Agreement or local, state and federal statutes and regulations governing the use of state and federal funding, or if for some reason the project is unable to move forward in within the time frame set forth in this Agreement. Affordability requirements for the project will be met, including regulations outlined for the affordability of rental housing units as per 24 CFR 92.252. The Developer expressly agrees to repay the City all funds paid on behalf of the Developer or its subcontractors if the housing constructed does not meet the affordability requirements for the specified period of affordability (24 CFR 92.504(c)(3)(ii)).
Repayment to the City from the Trustee. After payment in full of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Certificates, all rebate payments due to the United States of America, the fees and expenses of the Trustee and all other amounts required to be paid hereunder, any remaining amounts held by the Trustee pursuant hereto shall be paid to the City.

The work in progress hereunder shall be reviewed from time to time by City at the discretion of City or upon the request of Consultant. If the work is satisfactory, it will be approved.   • Obligations of the City A. The City agrees to give the Contractor access to the Project area and other City- owned properties as required to perform the necessary Services under this Agreement.

  • ASSISTANCE IN THE COLLECTION OF TAXES 1. The Contracting States shall lend assistance to each other in the collection of revenue claims. This assistance is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2. The competent authorities of the Contracting States may by mutual agreement settle the mode of application of this Article.

  • Repayment and Recovery (a) At the End of a Funding Year. If, in any Funding Year, the HSP has not spent all of the Funding the LHIN will require the repayment of the unspent Funding.

  • Repayment of Amounts Advanced for Network Upgrades Upon the Commercial Operation Date, the Interconnection Customer shall be entitled to a repayment, equal to the total amount paid to the Participating TO for the cost of Network Upgrades. Such amount shall include any tax gross-up or other tax-related payments associated with Network Upgrades not refunded to the Interconnection Customer pursuant to Article 5.17.8 or otherwise, and shall be paid to the Interconnection Customer by the Participating TO on a dollar-for-dollar basis either through (1) direct payments made on a levelized basis over the five-year period commencing on the Commercial Operation Date; or (2) any alternative payment schedule that is mutually agreeable to the Interconnection Customer and Participating TO, provided that such amount is paid within five (5) years from the Commercial Operation Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if this LGIA terminates within five (5) years from the Commercial Operation Date, the Participating TO’s obligation to pay refunds to the Interconnection Customer shall cease as of the date of termination. Any repayment shall include interest calculated in accordance with the methodology set forth in FERC’s regulations at 18 C.F.R. §35.19a(a)(2)(iii) from the date of any payment for Network Upgrades through the date on which the Interconnection Customer receives a repayment of such payment. Interest shall continue to accrue on the repayment obligation so long as this LGIA is in effect. The Interconnection Customer may assign such repayment rights to any person. If the Large Generating Facility fails to achieve commercial operation, but it or another Generating Facility is later constructed and makes use of the Network Upgrades, the Participating TO shall at that time reimburse Interconnection Customer for the amounts advanced for the Network Upgrades. Before any such reimbursement can occur, the Interconnection Customer, or the entity that ultimately constructs the Generating Facility, if different, is responsible for identifying the entity to which reimbursement must be made.
