Maximum Lease Term definition

Maximum Lease Term means the Original Term and all Renewal Terms through the Renewal Term including the last Rental Payment Date set forth on the Payment Schedule.

Maximum Lease Term. The Term shall not exceed twelve (12) years.

"NEVADA GAMING LAWS" means all laws pursuant to which any Nevada Gaming Authorities possess regulatory, licensing or permit authority over gaming activities in the State of Nevada, including, without limitation, the Nevada State Gaming Control Act, codified as NRS Chapter 463, as the same may, from time to time, be in effect in the State of Nevada and the regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission promulgated thereunder, as amended from to time. "NOTEHOLDERS" shall mean the holders of Senior Discount Notes issued in connection with the Senior Credit Facility. "NRS" means the Nevada Revised Statutes, as the same may, from time to time, be in effect in the State of Nevada.

Maximum Lease Term means the period ending on the fifth anniversary of the Documentation Date.
