Repealer in Conflict with Law. 12.1.1. In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held contrary to Federal or State statute or law, such portion shall be null and void, provided, however, that negotiations shall be immediately re-opened by the parties pertaining only to that portion which is held contrary to law.
