Repeat Expedited Comprehensive Consultation. The Physician is entitled to the Repeat Expedited Comprehensive Consultation fee for one (1) repeat consultation when the repeat consultation occurs within twelve (12) weeks of the first Consultation following the referral. Any other repeat consultation is not entitled to expedited fees.
