Common use of Repeat offenses Clause in Contracts

Repeat offenses. Members who receive three or more valid copyright infringement notices will have their accounts terminated. If a counter-notification is filed, or if the member has stated that they do not accept the allegation of copyright infringement but do not wish to formally file a counter-notification, the notification will not be counted toward termination. We also reserve the right to terminate the account of those who, in our opinion, misuse or abuse the copyright infringement notification process against other members.
