Disposition of Citations for Moving Violations. Covered employees who receive a citation for a moving violation will ensure they comply with the requirements for disposition of the citation. Points: Points assessed remain on a CDL holder’s license for life. Attending schools or defensive driving courses will not remove the assessed points. Violations: Violations noted as “adjudication withheld” may result in assessment of Safe Operator Points by the Safe Operator Committee.

  • Sanctions for Violations 6.1 Any breach of the aforesaid provisions by the BIDDER or anyone employed by it or acting on its behalf (whether with or without the knowledge of the BIDDER) shall entitle the BUYER to take all or any one of the following actions, wherever required:-

The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Reporting Violations a) When appropriate, faculty members will submit timely written communication to their immediate supervisor any condition that comes to their attention that may, in their judgment, pose a threat to the health or safety of any person associated with the District.
