Common use of Repeater Rights Clause in Contracts

Repeater Rights. Any Player whose contract is assigned as a result of a trade required pursuant to this Section C, until he has completed an addi- tional 3 years of Major League service, shall not subsequently be eligible to exercise his right to (i) require the assignment of his con- tract or (ii) become a free agent, subject to subparagraphs (a) through (c) below.
